Please print out your tickets, which must be presented in paper form for inspection on entering the O₂ universum and your seating sectors. Please use a credit card or cash to purchase refreshments at the O₂ universum.

All three Bob Dylan concerts are WITHOUT PHONES. No photo, video or audio recording devices are allowed. Once inside the O₂ universum, phones and other items to capture photos, videos or sound will be placed in Yondr cases. You will have your phone/device secured in the case with you during the performance and can have the case and phone unlocked at any time if needed in the designated phone use area, which will be in the lobby or vestibules on each floor.

In the event of a violation of these conditions at a Bob Dylan concert, the visitor will be immediately escorted from the building without refund.
