Classically trained musicians from Finland took over the world and a whole generation of metalheads with their famous cello remakes of the famous band Metallica, and in 1996 the record “Plays Metallica By Four Cellos” was born. Even before this famous album turns 30, APOCALYPTICA releases another sonic love letter to Metallica, elegantly titled “Plays Metallica, Vol. 2” and the passion that Eicca Toppinen, Perttu Kivilaakso, Paavo Lötjönen and Mikko Sirén put into the recording project is clearly heard and seen.
And now you can fully immerse yourself in these famous hits. All you have to do is to come to the O2 universum hall in PRAGUE on Friday evening and feel the perfection of these compositions performed by these cello masters.
