István Pesti hails from Budapest and represents classic Hungarian cuisine, blending it with the freshness of Asian flavors. He moved to the countryside to prove that quality Hungarian gastronomy can flourish even in provincial areas. Among other achievements, he is responsible for the success of Platán Gourmet Restaurant, which earned two Michelin stars under his leadership. He has also received the prestigious Lifetime Achievement Award from the Hungarian Bocuse d’Or Academy. Visitors can taste his menu on Saturday, January 18.

On Sunday, January 19, the VIP Gourmet Experience restaurant will be led by Jean-Philippe Blondet, who has been awarded three Michelin stars. The restaurant Alain Ducasse at The Dorchester, which he heads, is known for its elegant contemporary French haute cuisine, featuring bold, fresh flavors, executed with a light and surprising touch—reflecting its London location. Ingredients are key for him, using only the freshest and most seasonal products, carefully selected for their quality and origin.
